LeaseALead was born out of frustration with tools built for accountants, not leasing agents. We built the platform we always wished existed.
Property management has always been a relationship business — but the tools never reflected that. Leads got lost in spreadsheets. Follow-ups fell through the cracks. Documents went back and forth by email for weeks.
LeaseALead was founded in 2026 to fix that. We built a single platform that handles the entire leasing journey — from the moment a prospect makes contact to the day they submit their signed agreement — with every step tracked, automated, and visible to the whole team.
We are building LeaseALead in the open, working directly with property management teams to get every detail right before our full public launch later this year. We are just getting started — and we would love you to be part of it.
LeaseALead is being built by a small team with hands-on backgrounds in property management, PropTech engineering, and product design. We will share more about the team at our public launch in 2026.

By accessing or using LeaseALead you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
LeaseALead provides a SaaS leasing pipeline platform for property management companies, including prospect tracking, document management, e-signature facilitation, and tenant portal services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your 7-day free trial requires no credit card. After the trial, a payment method is required to maintain access. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful or fraudulent content, to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to interfere with the security of the platform. LeaseALead reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within LeaseALead. We do not sell your data. You grant LeaseALead a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
LeaseALead is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaseALead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access ceases. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We collect information you provide directly including your name, email address, company name, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as features used and actions taken within the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, and communicate important updates about your account.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and DocuSign (e-signatures). Each is bound by their own privacy policies.
Documents and identification uploaded by tenants through your portal are processed solely on your behalf. You are the data controller for this information. LeaseALead acts as a data processor.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.
We use strictly necessary httpOnly cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at privacy@leasealead.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is held for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless required by law.
